a. Paving
· Westbrook Drive is the first street on the schedule

Westbrook Culvert Repair
· Dsines will be fixing the portion of the pavement that is falling down.
c. Park Fence
· Safety study done in 2021. The fence along the road is too short. Right now it is 4ft but it needs to
be 5ft. We are looking to replace 3 sides of the fence. Once estimate we received is around $6k. This does not include painting the current posts that we are going to reuse.
· We have $15,180 budgeted in 2022 to fix the park
· We
are going to get more estimates.
