Neighborhood Issues or Complaints
If you are having an issue with a neighbor, we first recommend that you and your neighbor try to come to an agreement. However, if you need assistance from the HOA in addressing your issue, please email the board at hoawestbrookheights@gmail.com or send a direct message to the official community facebook page. We will try to address your issue in a timely fashion, but please keep in mind that all officers and board members are volunteers.

Westbrook Heights Committees
Looking to be involved in our community? The Westbrook Heights HOA is looking for volunteers interested in being part of the following committees. We are also seeking volunteers to paint and repair items in our community! Volunteering helps keep your assessments down, labor is expensive. You do not need to be a board member to be a member of a committee. If you are interested, please email hoawestbrookheights@gmail.com.
ARC Committee
The Architectural Review Committee reviews home improvement projects from homeowners. Things like installing a pool, adding a deck, and putting on an additon are types of requests approved and placed on HOA record by ARC.
Parks Committee
This committee maintains the neighborhood park.
Roads Committee
This committee plans proposed road repairs and paving. They also paint the lines on the speedbumps.
Mailbox Committee
This committee maintains and repairs the mailbox posts in the neighborhood.
Bylaws Committee
The Bylaws Committee works with appropriate authorities to update the member bylaws.
