APPLICATION APPROVAL

ARC reserves the right to request more information to clarify this application. Installation prior to proper approval is not in accordance with the Association’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

ARC approval only applies to permission to construct or modify structures in Westbrook Heights. The property owner is responsible for additional compliance with all federal, state and/or local code, any required permits, construction, maintenance, and insurances. Miss Utility must be called before digging.

If your project requires construction vehicles to be on the road in front of your property or if they may cause traffic to be blocked, please notify the HOA so we can make the neighbors aware of potential traffic changes.

ARC REQUIRES 30 DAYS NOTICE

ARC/HOA Board requires 30 days notification before the proposed start date. If additional documentation is requested, start of work may not commence until approval from the ARC/HOA Board is received. This timeframe allows the committee to meet to discuss the project and take it to the board meeting if it requries additional approval from the board.
