Welcome to Westbrook Heights!
Our beautiful neightborhood is located in Morgantown, West Virginia in Monongalia County. We have 123 homes and a fenced in park for residents. Many lots have mature trees and well landscaped yards. We have many families with children and are a sought out neighborhood in our county.
We hold our monthly HOA meetings on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm. All meetings will be held on Zoom for the remainder of 2022. We currently have a full, active Homeowners Association Board! However, we welcome anyone and everyone in the neighborhood to attend our monthly board meetings. We value your input!
Monthly HOA Board Meetings
All homeowners in the HOA are welcome to attend the monthly board meetings if they have issues they would like to discuss. All meetings will be conducted via Zoom unless otherwise announced.

While you take your family pet for their walk please be courteous and clean up after them. Walking pets is always fun but finding a gift in the front yard is not.
Also please remember that Monongalia County operates under a leash law, so please make sure that you keep your pet restrained while walking and on a lead or behind a fence at your home.
